| This an Excel workbook that contains 3 worksheets. The first worksheet, is an individual District Dash-Board Performance sheets for each of the Region VIII districts. These sheets depicts Year-to-Date (YTD) actual, YTD projection, goals as well as variance analysis for each of the four Critical Success Factors' metrics, CC, AC, Club and membership, and the three achievement award metrics: Distinguished Clubs, Distinguished Districts and Leadership. The DDPR also allows the District Trio to perform a what-if analysis to project their District's point total at the end of the TM year to achieve a Select or President Distinguish status.
