The Distinguished District Program

Submittal of District Success Plan and a Division and Area Governor training report with 85% of Division and Area Governors trained to TI prior to September 30.

Membership Growth -  2% net increase over the previous year

Net Club Growth - 3% net increase over the previous year

Competent Toastmaster Awards - Must equal or exceed 3.5% of the Districts membership payments for the previous year.

Advanced Toastmaster Awards - Must equal or exceed 1% of the Districts membership payments for the previous year.
