CINDY CANNON, DTM
REGION ADVISOR MARKETING

Cindy Cannon is the 2011-2012 Region Advisor for Region 8. She is a President’s Distinguished District Governor, 2008-2009. In addition, Cindy served in several capacities at the district and club levels, some of which include President of Speakers Roundtable Advance TM Club, 2010–2011; Credentials Chair, 2010–2011; Nomination Chair, 2009–2010; Lieutenant Governor Education and Training, 2007–2008; Lieutenant Governor Marketing, 2006–2007; Club Extension Chair, 2005–2006 (Cindy has helped open over 50 clubs in Georgia).

Cindy received the District Governor and President’s Extension awards for leading District 14 to Presidents Distinguished District, ranked #4 in the world in 2009.  She also received the 2008 Excellence in Education award and the 2007 Excellence in Marketing award for her outstanding contribution to Toastmasters International and District 14. Cindy was also the recipient of District 14 Division Governor of the Year award in 2004-2005 and Area Governor of the Year award in 2003-2004.

Cindy is the President and a founding partner with her husband of their company Growth Management Group, which provides training, consulting and recruiting services. In addition to being a recruiter, Cindy is an author, professional speaker, trainer and interview coach.

Cindy has over 25 years’ experience as a recruiter and has been recognized as one of the top recruiters in the USA working for one of the largest firms. Cindy has created a program called, “Insider Secrets To Interviewing”. She has placed over 2,000 individuals  in jobs and has interviewed over 10,000 people. Cindy is known as an expert in her field and is also an interview coach. She is proud to say that all of her business has been referred to her.

Cindy’s entire purpose in life is to share with you her belief that you can do anything in life you want to do, no matter the circumstances, you just need to know how.
