Region VIII Toastmasters

We're proud to welcome you to another exciting Toastmasters year. The 2007-2008 year will be very special because it will afford Toastmasters throughout the Region VIII and the world an opportunity to achieve their personal goals while supporting their District on becoming Distinguished.

We salute Districts 47 and 14 on achieving their 2006-2007 President's Distinguish goals, and Districts 77 and 58 for achieving their Distinguished goals. We invite each District in the upcoming year to make a special effort to achieve Distinguish. Dan Zadra said it best when he stated, "Together we are always able to accomplish what none of us could achieve alone."

Positive communication and teamwork is the key to success. Lee Holliday, DTM and I will be available to help you. Do not hesitate to call or email us at anytime. We will communicate with all district leaders regularly. Remember to review the mission of the Club and the District regularly. Monitor the progress that you make and recognize the Toastmasters that support the club and the district in their efforts to achieve their goals. Finally, we wish you the very best in the upcoming year on achieving your goals.
